- CSO: Customer Service Officer
- Camp: Stay in a few stations on a particular line to see trains
- STARIS: SMRT Active Route Map Information System
- VPIS: Visual Passenger Information System
- RATIS: Rail And Travel Information System
- KCD: Kim Chuan Depot
- UPD: Ulu Pandan Depot
- CGD: Changi Depot
- BSD: Bishan Depot
